Thank You

Once in a while I need a little minute to myself and all I have to say is thank heavens for Curious George!

Happy Mother's Day!

The boys with Grandma Collett

Grandma Allan

Gavin and Grandma Carrie

Braiden and Grandma Carrie

Me and my two boys
(I didn't get pictures of Grandma Roach and Peterson, but I will post when I do)

It was a little crazy this weekend at our house. Luckily, I had most of the Mothers Day gifts already figured out. I had such a great day. I love being a mom. My boys mean the world to me. I wouldn't trade them for anything. They are turning into such handsome little boys. I can't even remember how many times Braiden told me he loved me yesterday. It was so many, I lost count. I love when they give me hugs, kisses and say sweet things. It melts my heart when Gavin says PEEASE (please) and Braiden says Mom, you are the sweetest or you are so pretty. I am also so grateful for my mom, mother-in-law, and grandmas (in-law too!). I have been so so blessed. I know almost everyone says they have the best mom in the whole world, but really mine is. She is always there to help me when I need it. I love to just sit and talk with her. She really is my best friend. I know she would do anything for me. I know she loves my boys so much and they think she is the greatest. They love all of their grandmas so so much. Braiden was so excited to go and visit them this weekend. Mom, do we get to go to another grandmas house? Yes Braiden! YEAH:) That is how I feel as well. I am so blessed to have the greatest moms around me and to live so close to all of them. Happy Mothers Day MOMS and GRANDMAS! We love you all so so much:)

My new SPRING wreath!

I realized I didn't have anything for my door after Easter. I needed something springy. I decided to try and make one myself. I also wanted to do it inexpensively, or why take the time to do it if you can buy it cheaper!?! I found this grapevine wreath at JoAnn's. I had a coupon and ended up getting it for $2.50. I then found these sprigs of flowers at the $$ store. I got four of those. I already had the ribbon and hot glue gun so we won't can't the cost there. I ended up paying $6.50 for the wreath. For not ever really making one, I thought it turned out pretty cute. Anyway, it was cheap and easy to do. Another check off of my to-do list! Yeah:)

Sidewalk CHalKinG:)

I haven't blogged for a few weeks. So much has happened in that time. A few weeks ago the weather was so so nice:) Braiden, Gavin and I went outside for a little sidewalk chalking. They had so much fun. Gavin thought it was great that he could pretty much color on anything he wanted outside. Braiden is getting to be really good at drawing pictures. I even enjoyed a little chalking. I was experimenting with Photo shop and playing with the highlights and shadows. It almost looked like some of these pictures were drawings when I played with them. It was fun:) We are so excited for more warm weather to continue our chalking fun!
