Roll Baby Roll

Gavin is rolling all over the place. It is crazy to think he is that old already. It is so fun to see his personality come out. He really is a happy baby who loves to smile and is curious about everything. I remember when Braiden started rolling all over! It is amazing to think how fast these babies really grow. There is something new around every corner:)

Brothers!

Braiden loves his little brother. He wakes up every morning and asks Gavin how he is doing today. He always gives him hugs and kisses and wants to do what he is doing. Gavin lights up when he see Braiden's face. I love that my boys love each other. It makes me smile and realize everything is worth it. It is great being a MOM:)

Jump Baby Jump!

Gavin has been moving like crazy lately. I have needed some place for him to be able to move, yet stay in one place. The crib and play pen just make him cry, most of the time anyway. Mom pulled out her Johnny Jump-up! I was so excited. Gavin loves it. This way he can be in the same room as I am and can jump and move all he wants. Thanks Mom! Gavin loves it and so do I!

The Train Museum and Park

We can't forget Gavin. He is enjoying his time in his seat, just after his nap.

Braiden on the dinosaur at the park.

Sitting under the train on the tracks.

Look at that train go!

Waiting at the museum.

They next day we continued and went to the Train Museum in Helper. It was amazing some of the items they had there. Braiden's favorite of course were the electric trains. You got to put in a quarter and watch them go. We really got our money's worth. It went on and on and on. We met some new friends on the trip. Braiden wanted to do everything with them. We went to the museums, had lunch, went to the parks, went to dinner and even went swimming together. It ended up being a lot of fun. Even on Thursday when it poured down rain and got us soaking wet. We had fun in Price and were glad we could spend some time with Daddy during his busy summer:)

Dinosaur Museum

This week JT had a auto conference in Price. We decided to pack up and head out with him. I knew it would be a challenge, because I would be taking the boys by myself most of the time. We survived. We tried to find fun things for us to to while JT was in class. The first day we hit the dinosaur museum. Braiden thought this was great. He got to measure dinosaur bones, look at foot prints, see an alligator, dig for bones and see rocks glow in the dark. He really enjoyed seeing all of the dinosaurs towering over us. This was just one stop on our trip, but Braiden thought this was the best:)

Yummy Homemade Bread:)

I am so excited!! My friend has shown me a wonderful new bread recipe. With this bread recipe, you can make everything and the fabulous thing is that it is quick and simple. These are the breadsticks I made to go with our pizza the other night. I know they don't look like the most beautiful things, but they sure are tasty. Homemade bread always puts a smile on your face when you walk in to a house and can smell it. I hope to do this more often for my family.

Fathers and Sons Campout

Braiden and Carter with Carter's two dogs. Braiden loves being with the Young Men in our ward. They are always so cute with him.

Braiden looking at the beautiful river. Isn't that scenery so pretty!?!

Relaxing by the trailer with a Kool Aid burst. Isn't life grand!

JT and Braiden got to go to their very first Fathers and Sons ward outing together. They pulled the trailer up to the campground. I was glad I didn't have to worry about Braiden being cold. I really have only been away from him at night when I was in the hospital having Gavin. It was kind of hard for me to see him go. JT would take great care of him, but it was still hard. I survived. Gavin and I had quite the party at home. JT didn't take a picture of the boys together, so I need to get one, but they had fun being with all the other fathers and sons over night. I am glad they had so much fun:)

Fathers/Mothers Day Party

Between Mothers and Fathers Day each year on the Allan side of the family, we have a combined party to celebrate! This year we got together before dinner and helped Grandpa Allan with pruning his trees. I watched kids, but they got all of the pine trees done along with some of the peach trees. It was great to be able to help Grandpa with some of the things he needed done. We then had a yummy dinner and visited with the rest of the family. Kristy and Trisha's families were able to come. It was so great to be able to all be together:)

Dad Collett helping with the trees. Isn't this a great picture!?!

J.T. having way to much fun trimming the pine trees.

McKenzie was such a good sport and pushed Trumann in the stoller. Ellie had fun eating her snacks while playing in the stroller.

This is some of the Collett grandchildren. They all wanted a ride and so they came up with this train so everyone would get in on the fun. Wyatt and Whitney were such good sports being willing to pull the kids where they wanted to go.
