{My little Baby}

I have felt so bad, but because of the time of year, I haven't taken Gavin anywhere to get his picture taken. With RSV out and about and Braiden being sick so much when he was little, I decided to wait until after March before I take Gavin to get his picture taken. So, I just took his pictures at home in his blessing outfit. They turned out alright. Luckily, I have Photoshop and can do some fun things to them. I need to learn how to use the program better, but it will come with time. Anyway, here he is in his blessing outfit. The tux was made by his Aunt Jenny and the booties were made by Grandma Carrie.

I love VINYL!

I love vinyl lettering. I would love to own my own machine, but that won't be happening anytime soon. It is so fun to decorate with. I love putting it on my walls, on boards, tiles, all sorts of fun stuff! Here are a few of my resent additions. If you haven't decorated with it yet, I recommend trying it. It is so fun and can be taken off if you get tired of it. I found a website that I love. It is a company named Scribble It. You should check it out. They have some darling ideas that are really reasonable in price. It is linked from my blog. Happy decorating.

When we first moved into our new house, as a welcome gift the Fords gave us the Welcome letters. I love them. Thanks:)

I added this saying at our back door for a thought each time we leave the house or go downstairs.

This is above our family pictures. I am not finished. I still have frames with pictures to add, but I just haven't found the right frames yet. I thought they turned out great.

Our New Ride

We have been looking and looking for something bigger to drive. The car and the Kia just weren't working with two car seats. J.T.'s and my knees were up at the dash and there was no room for anything but bodies and the stroller. I always wanted an olive green Escape, but that would be to small. We decided to go with the Expedition. I LOVE it! It is huge inside compared to what we have had. The only problem is that it isn't red. We have had all red vehicles since we got married. Not on purpose, we just did. I love the color though, so I think we will survive.

Stake Conference

This past weekend was our Stake Conference. We had Elder Jeffrey R. Holland as our visiting authority. It was awesome. We headed to the adult session on Saturday night, not realizing he would be there. It was crowded to say the least. When he got up to the stand, he of course did not have a talk prepared. It is amazing how the spirit can guide, and he has had a little practice in speaking. He wanted to talk with us about hard times. Some of the thoughts he gave were just what I needed to hear. I will have to write more later, my baby isn't cooperating.

Two months old:)

Can you believe it? Gavin is already two months old. We just went to his Drs. appt. and he weighs 14 lbs. 10 oz. He is growing like a weed. Every time I took Braiden for a well baby check-up, I would take his picture to see how he had changed from last time. I am trying to do the same with Gavin. Here are some pictures of him at two months.

{My Boys}

The other night, I thought it would be fun to try and get Gavin to smile and get a picture of the two boys together. I got Gavin to smile, but Braiden didn't. Then Braiden smiled and Gavin didn't. Oh well, that is how it goes. I love my boys. They are a challenge, but worth every minute.

Gavin's Blessing Day!

On Sunday, we blessed Gavin. I was stressed about the whole thing, but it worked out perfectly. Gavin slept while he was blessed and JT gave a beautiful blessing. We had a lot of family there. It was awesome the support we had. We then came back to our house for lunch. I was worried about everyone coming to our small home, but it worked out just fine. It was really fun to have everyone over. I am so lucky to have such a wonderful family. I am grateful for the church and grateful for a husband who holds the priesthood. It was a wonderful day!
